Welcome to Seefee (the "Platform," "Service," or "we"). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Seefee is an online platform that enables users to analyze and improve their CVs using artificial intelligence tools, create professional CVs, and export files in formats compatible with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) in both Arabic and English.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account and Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content You Create

You retain full intellectual property rights to the content you upload or create through the Platform (CVs, personal information, text). You grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Artificial Intelligence and Facts

The Platform uses artificial intelligence models to suggest improvements to your CV content. While we take great care to prevent fabrication, the responsibility for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of the final content rests entirely with you.

6. Prohibited Use

The Platform may not be used to:

• Create fraudulent or misleading information in CVs.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service in any form.
• Resell or duplicate the Service without prior written permission.
• Any use that violates applicable laws.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Payments are processed through an authorized external payment provider. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to modify prices with at least 30 days' prior notice.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms, with prior notice where possible. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding the quality of outputs or your success in obtaining a job. We do not guarantee that your CV will pass all ATS systems or that you will obtain a job opportunity as a result of using the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of job opportunities or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the previous 12 months.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through an in-platform notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international internet service laws. Any dispute shall be resolved amicably to the extent possible, and resorted to international electronic arbitration if not feasible.
